You will receive an email or call letting you know if we have any remaining spaces, followed by the application form that needs to be filled out. Please note your space, will not be secure unless at least a deposit is paid.
Deposit: £50pp
Final Release (General): £160pp
Final Release (Sibling): £130pp

Payment

The remaining balance for all types of ticket must be paid in full by 20th February 2026 (6 weeks before camp)

Accepted payment methods: debit or credit card via RH website, or direct bank transfer (please email financeteam@reachinghigher.org.uk for our bank details). We are unable to accept cash payments.
Non-Refundable

All ticket payments are non-refundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or cancelled under any circumstances.

Non-refundable payments will go towards camp as a donation.
Non-Payment

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date of 20th February 2026 may result in cancellation of your space at camp.
