Propel Pooled Fund

Reaching Higher is delighted that for the next seven years we will be working closely with schools, statutory services and community groups across Croydon to embed and refine our Contextual Youth Work approach, centering young people’s voices to ensure that together we serve young people in the most empowering and sustainable way. “This work is funded by Propel Pooled Fund, which is held through the Collaboration Circle on behalf of City Bridge Foundation and The National Lottery Community Fund. Propel is a collaboration of funders powered by London Funders, the membership body for public, private and independent funders in the capital.

A B Charitable Trust

Reaching Higher is partnering with the A B Charitable Trust to extend therapeutic support to young people and their parents/guardians in two of our partner schools. This is a pilot aimed at reducing contextual safeguarding risks including the risk of school exclusion.

Croydon Voluntary Action

New Era Croydon MyEnds 2.0

Through MyEnds 2.0 funding from the Mayor of London's Violence Reduction Unit, Reaching Higher is part of the New Era Croydon consortium led by Croydon Voluntary Action. Working together with a range of partners, this work focuses on reduced violence affecting young people.

Our 1-year grant from the National Lottery's Community Fund is supporting our Youth Caff project, empowering young people to reduce food waste and grow food in Croydon. Youth Caff is run in partnership with South Norwood Community Kitchen.
