About this role: We are looking for a skilled, relational, and excellently organised individual who has a passion to support young people in our sport, leadership, creatives and youth hubs! We are looking for a skilled, committed, and passionate individual with experience within the youth work sector (this could be in a voluntary capacity).
As well as the reward of investing in the next generation, volunteering at Reaching Higher has huge benefits. Many of our volunteers and sessional workers have mentioned that their experience with us has helped them: stand out for job interviews; find their passion for a new career; gain official accreditation, and of course, make some great new friends!

VOLUNTEER WITH US!
Reaching Higher is one massive family and our volunteers are crucial members! We believe that it takes a village to raise a child and welcome volunteers from all walks of life to share their skills and experience.
In our work, we've found young people often struggle to make positive choices because of a lack of role models around them. Instead of dealing with the issues after the fact, we believe having brilliant volunteers join our work can prevent the issues from ever happening.
