360 Pastoral Care aims to support and champion young people across three critical areas of their lives – school, community and home – and to recognise the value of strong and consistent partnerships between schools, community-based organisations and families. We want to help schools to leverage their unique connections with their local communities, and to support schools’ positive and effective communication with young people’s families and other agencies involved in their care.
