Parent/Guardian and Young Person Code of Conduct Agreement
Reaching Higher's code of conduct agreement for both parents/guardians and young people attending sessions is essential for setting expectations, ensuring safety, and promoting a positive environment.

As a participant in Reaching Higher we value your commitment to fostering a safe and respectful environment for all involved. By reading below, you agree to adhere to the following code of conduct:
For Parents/Guardians:

Supportive Behaviour: I will encourage and support my child in their participation in sessions and activities.

Communication: I will maintain open communication with the Reaching Higher, informing them of any concerns, questions, or relevant information regarding my child's participation.

Respect for Staff and Volunteers: I will treat all staff, volunteers, and other participants with respect, courtesy, and consideration.

Safety Awareness: I will ensure my child arrives and departs from sessions safely and promptly, adhering to any specified drop-off and pick-up procedures.

Engagement: I will encourage my child to engage positively with the program content and fellow participants.

For Young People:

Respectful Behaviour: I will treat all participants, staff, and volunteers with respect, kindness, and consideration.

Safety Awareness: I will adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Reaching Higher.

Cooperation: I will cooperate with staff and volunteers, following their instructions and guidance during sessions and activities.

Inclusivity: I will be inclusive and welcoming to all participants, regardless of differences in background, abilities, or interests.

Responsibility: I will take responsibility for my actions and their impact on others, striving to contribute positively to the overall experience of the program.

Joint Responsibilities:

Confidentiality: We will respect the confidentiality of information shared during sessions, refraining from sharing personal or sensitive details without consent.

Conflict Resolution: In the event of conflicts or disagreements, we will address them respectfully and constructively, seeking resolution through dialogue and mediation.

Compliance: We will adhere to all rules, policies, and guidelines established by Reaching Higher for the safety and well-being of all participants.
