Advocacy
Acting as a voice for youth, identifying and advocating for key issues.
Decision-Making
Playing a role in shaping the organisation’s programs and policies.
Community Engagement
Engaging with peers and local communities to promote initiatives.
Skill Development
Building leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Feedback and Evaluation
Offering feedback on programs and suggesting improvements.
