What we believe Our Mission: Our mission statement is to “Challenge young people to be leaders of their own lives.” We seek to engage young people through a range of options including: Mentoring programmes (group & individual) Leadership development programmes Sports and healthy activities Performing arts groups Life skills and employability workshops Schools work Residential youth camps Summer schemes Our core beliefs: Reaching Higher operates under a Christian ethos seeking to provide services to engage young people (regardless of faith) in accordance with the values and principles of the Christian faith. We work with young people regardless of their faith perspective, never condemning, rather always encouraging them to reach higher. Our Values: Excellence We pursue a culture of excellence where the Reaching Higher standard is over and above other organisations in our peer group and where we ensure our planning, execution and evaluation is to the highest standard.
