Reaching Higher is one massive family and our volunteers are crucial members! We believe that it takes a village to raise a child and welcome volunteers from all walks of life to share their skills and experience.

 

In our work, we've found young people often struggle to make positive choices because of a lack of role models around them. Instead of dealing with the issues after the fact, we believe having brilliant volunteers join our work can prevent the issues from ever happening.

 

You do not have to be an experienced youth worker but being able to build relationships and engage young people is essential. We have opportunities available weekday mornings, afternoons and evenings.  Saturday mornings and afternoons are mostly with the Football Academy.
