Those within the LIT programme will be provided with opportunities to exercise and put their new found skills into practise and take part in employability days. These take place with our partner companies - RBS who offers participants a glimpse into the world of corporate banking and Havas which introduces participants to the creative world of marketing.. These days are full of fun activities, top tips and a chance to network and learn from working professionals. We cover everything from CVs, interviews, cover letters, applications and can also lead to potential paid job opportunities.

The LIT Programme will circulate in rounds of 12 months. Within these 12 months each participant will have taken part in every workshop. Once every workshop has been attended they will then be provided with more responsibility to ensure that they continue to develop steadily.
